Return and Refund Policy

Please return any unused, undamaged items within 90 days of delivery, along with any included accessories, packaging, and the original receipt, if the product you ordered is incorrect. We will either exchange it or issue a complete refund using the original payment method.

We will provide a partial refund using the original payment method if you return any damaged products within 60 to 90 days of the date of delivery, along with the original receipt and any accessories and/or packaging that came with the item.

Moreover, please take note of the following: (i) Products may only be returned inside the country where they were originally acquired; (ii) Used items cannot be returned unless they were sold excessively near to their expiration date 90 days).
